Commercial team

The commercial team at Robin focuses on reviewing commercial documents for large companies across a variety of industries, including consulting, insurance, biotech, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Common documents they work on include NDAs, SDAs, PAS, and service agreements. Their core activities include:

• Contract review, utilising Robin’s AI technology for efficiency.
• Liaising with both current and prospective clients.
• Building and updating playbooks, which are bespoke review guidelines tailored to each client's specific needs.

In addition to their day-to-day work, the team also plays a key role in training and mentoring. They work collaboratively to support the development of junior team members, ensuring that new hires are well-equipped to succeed.

The transactional team at Robin focuses on pre-transactional documents like NDAs, release letters, and engagement letters. Their core activities include reviewing documents, managing client requests, and mentoring junior team members—with a particular focus on training new hires during Bootcamp, a 10-week intensive program for all Legal team new joiners. The team collaborates closely with clients to develop playbooks, which are customised guidelines for reviewing documents based on each client's specific needs and preferences.
