🎟️ Ticketing:
JLS team members also help out with ‘ticketing’ for the rest of the team. This is part of the Managed Service side of the business, and involves monitoring the relevant customer inboxes and when new documents come in, assigning them to an Legal member to work on, in the form of a ‘ticket’.
This helps ensure an evenly distributed workload across the team and crucially to to ensure that the documents we are sent from our customers are all turned around within the agreed time frame with the particular customer. Depending on the service we are providing for a given customer the agreed turn around time can be anywhere from as quick as two hours to twenty-four hours, so ticketing is vital to ensure we do not miss these deadlines.
↪️ Internal Secondments:
JLS team members have the opportunity to apply for an internal secondment for three months to the Legal Engineering Team. This is a great chance to develop new skills and learn more about other parts of Robin. When and which JLS members will go on secondment will depend on business needs.
