Talent Screen

<aside> 📎

For Junior Legal roles, you'll receive a take-home assessment before the talent screen.

</aside>

The talent screen takes place for all roles across all teams. We’ll ask you about your past work experience and what you’re looking for in your next opportunity. This call is also an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and ask questions about Robin AI.

Duration: 30-45 minutes, with our Talent team, via phone or video call.

How to prepare:

Interview Process

A typical interview process at Robin AI consists of three stages following your talent screen. These three stages include speaking with the hiring manager, completing an assessment (either take-home or live), and discussing our culture and values, which gives the hiring team to evaluate team and cultural fit. However, the process may vary depending on the team's specific needs, potentially including additional or alternative stages.

To help you prepare for your interview, we've created three separate pages for Engineering, GTM, and Legal interviews (found below). Please use these pages as a high-level guide to prepare for your interview - your recruiter will help set expectations and inform you about the relevant stages for your role so you’re coming in well-prepared.
